  • EMDR

    Accelerated resolution therapy is a type of psychotherapy that involves memory reconsolidating and smooth-pursuit eye-movements. Together, thee techniques help with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, or sleep problems.

  • Relapse Interventions

    We work with court programs (if applicable) to address underlying mental health issues such as trauma, medication management, and case management needs that may be causing chronic relapse. Interventions may include referrals for MAT, psychotropic medications, family interventions and other interventions unique to your relapse situation(s).

    We assist individuals affected by family violence/abuse by creating a safe space, education on the cycle of violence, support in making decisions that are rooted in education and autonomy and assistance in learning about resources that can aid you in promoting your safety and understanding how violence may have caused other symptoms such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, etc.

    We provide affirming care that recognizes and validates the experience of all sexualities plus all other identities along the gender spectrum. We recognize the risk of LGBTQIA+ individuals to be be more likel to be abused, trafficked, have mental health diagnosis, substance abuse, and less access to holistic care. We can help connect you to community resources while walking through the issues that brought you in for services.
